Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, international shipping is done with a flat $20 fee and will be delivered via the safest, reasonably priced option. If you prefer a quicker shipping method, just reach out before placing your order for a quote.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Ready-made orders ship within 2-3 days. Bespoke items currently ship within two weeks, depending on scale of order.

How Do I Place a Custom Order?
We get excited to make your vision a reality. If you want one of our designs in a color you don’t see, send us an email and we’ll make something special. (Additional charges to upgrade to exotic leathers.)

How Do I Make a Return?
Unused ready-made products can be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition. Bespoke items and commissions can not be returned. It is our mission to make everything as close to perfect as possible, though. If for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, let us know and we’ll make it right.

Where Do Your Leathers Come From?
We pride ourselves in starting with only the finest materials. Leathers come from the Conceria Walpier and Badalassi Carlo tanneries in Italy, Horween from the USA, Alran in France, American Tanning Co. in the US among others. We also source shell cordovan from amazing tanneries around the world—Start with the best, finish even better.
How Are Left Foot Products Made?
From wallets to watch straps, all Left Foot products are carefully designed, hand cut and saddle-stitched in our leather studio by our leather craftsman. When we say. handmade, we mean handmade—not laser cut or machine made and finished by hand. Each product, from step one to wrapping and shipping is done by the same pair of hands. The techniques used have been around for centuries, yet the design is minimal and modern.
How Can I Best Care For My Leather Goods?
Untreated leather can be damaged by water. Using a mild wax or polish is recommended. We love the variety offered by Saphir!
